Limited Warranty
Smart Fill Valve (Flow Fitting, LLC) warrants that the manufactured products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 years (36 months) from the recorded date of purchase. This limited warranty shall replace any Smart Fill Valve having a Universal Valve adaptor (product) found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Factory authorization is required to return defective products and returned products are subject to examination prior to replacement. Customer shall be responsible for all costs and liabilities of the returned product and shipment. This limited warranty shall not apply to any and all costs of labor and materials for removal, replacement and installation incurred by the buyer, customer, user, or any third party of the returned and/or replaced product.
Smart Fill Valve (Flow Fitting, LLC) makes no additional warranty, expressed or implied, and is not responsible for any consequential damages resulting from the application or use by any buyer, customer, user, or any third party, its liability being limited to the value of the sold product or the obligation to replace the defective product only. Any misuse of the product shall void this warranty. The product application, installation and verification are the responsibility of the buyer, customer, user, or any subject third party of the product(s), plus any and all resulting liabilities.

Return Policy
Smart Fill Valve accepts returned products of its manufacture, or sale. The returned product acceptance policy requires a “Return Goods Authorization” number (RGA) by the party returning the product prior to returning the product. To obtain a RGA number, E-mail, write or contact the company with your name, address, contact information, the product, date of sale or receipt of purchase. If more than one product is being, only one RGA number would be required. Customer shall be responsible for all costs and liabilities of the returned product and shipment.
For returned warranted products, returned products are subject to the warranty of the specific product manufactured or sold. Limited warranties shall replace any flow-fitting adaptor (product) found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. As stated, factory authorization is required to return defective products and returned products are subject to examination prior to replacement.
Smart Fill Valve will, in its best efforts, replace the returned products and ship to the customer within four (4) weeks or less. The returned product shall be shipped via the United States Postal System. Return shipments shall be made to addresses only, No PO BOX or re-mail service or third party addresses. If special return shipments are needed, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the company and make the necessary arrangements.
